I love this machine. Making coffee takes time, and it takes time to get your grind and tamp weight right, but no work to get the perfect drink from a Jura. I have been rewarded drink after drink. I bought the Refurbished so that I could save some money. The ONLY way I knew this was not a brand new machine was a sticker on the outside of the box stating Refurbished.
