Grilled Skewers of BeefThreaded these pieces onto skewers, seasoned with salt and pepper only and grilled for a few minutes. They were absolutely delicious, served with grilled veggies, rice, and salsa verde. Served three people and still had a couple of skewers leftover. The quality and flavor of the meat were excellent. Will definitely purchase again, for a quick grill.
